If you wanted a value for your money ...this place is the best ...carenderia in front and in the building as well. Cleaning is in excellent status and comfort as well. Well recomended.

I like how it was accessible for public transportation. It is very near Tagbak termimal.and Ceres North Terminal.

The place is very accessible to nearby stores and restaurants. They have a cafeteria at the ground floor. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The water pressure is strong but they do not offer hot or cold options. They practice sanitation and the place is squeaky clean. Our room attendant is friendly. I strongly recommend this place to budget type stay.
